We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, organized and positive new member to add to our small staff.
Job Description
This position provides daily shipping assistance to warehouse management. Apricity, LLC is a nationwide e-commerce sales business that provides professional beauty supplies and training to licensed professionals, salons, and spas. The right individual will play a key role in everyday order management, shipping, and provide support in other aspects of the business as needed. Opportunity for growth in our company is always available for the right individual.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Operating ShipStation (our company’s web-based shipping program)
● Prepping Daily Orders
● Mailing Daily Shipments
● Inventory Maintenance and Tracking on company e-commerce website
● Office and Product Organization and Cleaning
● Marketing and Social Media Support
Qualifications
● High School Diploma/GED Required
● Experience with Mac OS System
● Excellent Organization and Time Management Skills
● Professional Beauty Industry Knowledge (preferred but not required)
● Customer Communications Experience
● Professional and Punctual
● Self-Motivated
● Eager to Learn
● Flexibility and Integrity
Working Conditions
Working hours average 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 10:30 am to 2:30 am.
Office/Warehouse space in Eagle River, AK. Compensation dependent on individual’s experience, contribution, and unique skills.
Physical Requirements
Weekly processing of large incoming shipments, individual must be able to lift 30lb . Disposing of cardboard, etc.
Hours per week:
- 30-40 hrs
- Hours are:
- Tuesday - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
- Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
